In this 12 week, four-phased program you will learn the skills to design a vision and a blueprint for a life you would love to live.  

Thematically structured sessions are delivered live virtually in a group setting once every week for one hour.   Between each weekly session, you will have unique access to a secure online portal containing audio recordings and a downloadable guidebook for you to continue your work. 

Group coaching sessions are ideal for individuals who want to join a supportive community, connect with like-minded individuals, and achieve their goals together. 

The program is divided into four phases:  Blueprinting, Bridging, Building, and Becoming.  Each session will  consist of learning, reflecting and lifework. 

Participants are not obligated to share personal details but are encouraged to share observations and wonderings.  

The cost of this 12-week course is $1999 CAD (including HST)

This program provides a deeper approach to achieving your soul goals and helps to further refine your vision so that you may live a life you love. 

This one-on-one coaching program consists of six focused themes that will offer you a deeper understanding and mastery of an area that you may need more support with.  

Each themed session runs for 4 weeks, for one live virtual hour each week. 

You may participate in any or all of the themes to gain more clarity and support as needed.
